GPSR

GPSR Regulation - From 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will enter into force, imposing new obligations regarding information on the origin and safety of products sold in the European Union. These provisions are intended to strengthen consumer protection and increase the transparency of offers.

What does the GPSR Regulation change?
The new regulations require each offer to include the following manufacturer information:

1. Manufacturer's name (in accordance with commercial law)
2. Manufacturer's postal address
3. Manufacturer's email address or URL
4. Product safety information (if required)

If the manufacturer is not domiciled or established in the European Union, the details of the person responsible (name or surname, postal and electronic address) must also be provided.

As information in the topeshop.pl store will be presented in accordance with the GPSR regulation, each product is assigned a product manufacturer/supplier, and the GPSR tab provides data related to the regulation according to the information mentioned above.

4.       Instructions: Clear instructions and warnings are included. Please read carefully before installation.

5.       Actions in case of danger: The manufacturer takes the necessary measures, informs consumers and reports the problem to the appropriate authorities.

6.       Supply Chain Communication: Informs other entities about security issues.
